Insomnia in Eindhoven is a sleep disorder, in which you can sleep poorly and therefore do not have normal sleep, accompanied by functional problems during the day. You talk about normal sleep when you sleep for five to ten hours. On average, you need about 15 minutes to fall asleep. Waking up two to three times a night is normal unless it takes a long time to go back to sleep.

There are three types of insomnia.
